This policy applies to all digital products sold on endimade.com, including downloadable PDF patterns and online video tutorials (the “Products”). Please read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1) Delivery, Access & Account
- Delivery is digital only via My Account → Downloads and/or secure streaming pages.
- Accounts are created automatically at checkout using your email (guest checkout is disabled).
- For security/IP protection, download links expire after [7 days] and each file is limited to [3] download attempts (failed/partial attempts may count).
- We may apply visible or invisible watermarks (e.g., your email/order ID) and license checks/DRM.
2) License (default)
Unless stated otherwise on a product page, your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own, non-commercial crafting.
You may not: resell, share, gift, upload, publish, redistribute, sublicense, or teach directly from our files/videos; remove watermarks/DRM; or use our content to train AI models without prior written consent.
2.1 Commercial use (if offered)
If a specific Product offers a Commercial License add-on, it will define the permitted scope (e.g., small-batch handmade items), seat count, territory, and attribution. Commercial rights are valid only if you purchased the add-on and comply with its terms.
2.2 Teaching / workshops / online classes
Using our PDFs/videos as core teaching material (in-person or online), screen-sharing, or distributing class copies requires a separate Teaching License. Contact info@endimade.com
3) Refunds & EU Right of Withdrawal (digital content)
- By purchasing, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once download/streaming begins (EU rules).
- Therefore, all sales are final after the first download/stream.
- We will, however, assist with technical issues and provide re-delivery where appropriate.
3.1 When we may issue a refund
We may grant a refund (or re-delivery) at our discretion where:
- Non-delivery/technical fault on our side and we cannot remedy within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate purchase of the same item in error (unused second license).
- Accidental multiple charge by the payment processor.
3.2 When refunds are not available
No refunds where:
- The Product was downloaded or streamed (consumption started).
- Incompatibility with your device/browser where minimum requirements are met.
- You changed your mind, selected the wrong item, or expected different crafting results.
- Evidence of abuse, mass downloading, credential sharing, or watermark removal.
3.3 How to request help
If you can’t access your files (expired link / download limit reached), email info@endimade.comwith your order number; we’ll verify a valid license and re-enable access if no abuse is detected.
4) Updates & Re-downloads
We may release updated files or video edits (typos, clarifications, improvements). Where feasible, the latest version will appear in My Account. Version names/dates may change without notice.
5) Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a payment is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us first. Filing unfounded chargebacks on consumed digital content may result in license revocation and account suspension while we investigate.
6) Transfer, Sharing & Seat Limits
Licenses are tied to your account/email and cannot be transferred. Sharing login details or files violates this policy and may lead to immediate access revocation without refund.
7) Permitted Use — Quick Reference
- ✅ Make the physical item for personal use or as a gift.
- ✅ Print the PDF for your own bench/desk use.
- ❌ Upload/share the PDF/video anywhere (cloud drives, socials, forums, classrooms).
- ❌ Sell or mass-produce items from the pattern unless a Commercial License explicitly allows it.
- ❌ Use our PDFs/videos as core curriculum or record our content inside your own tutorials/classes (needs Teaching License).
- ❌ Remove/alter watermarks or circumvent DRM.
8) Taxes & Invoices
Prices may include/exclude taxes depending on your location. If you need an invoice (VAT/NIP), add details at checkout or email us promptly with your order number.
9) Technical Requirements
You need a modern browser, a standard PDF reader, and stable internet for streaming. Performance depends on your device and connection.
10) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The version posted here applies to future purchases.
