Welcome! This page explains how access works, answers the most common questions, and tells you how to contact us if you still need help.

How it works
1) Choose a tutorial
Add the tutorial to your cart (select language) and checkout like a regular online shop. All tutorials are digital (video + PDF).
2) Create your account (or log in)
At checkout we create your account automatically. You’ll receive a “Welcome / New account” email with a link to My Account.
3) Instant access after payment
As soon as the payment clears you’ll get a “Your access is ready” email. From now on you can:
  • Watch the video on the lesson page (streaming on our website).
  • Download the PDF from My Account → Downloads.
4) Video access
Videos stream on our site only (embedded from a private player). Downloads are disabled by design. If the video doesn’t play, try another browser, disable strict ad‑blockers/VPN, and ensure cookies are allowed.
5) PDF downloads
Your download links are personal and stamped with your email. Default limits:
  • Validity: 7 days from purchase.
  • Limit: up to 3 downloads per file.
    You can always re‑access your files via My Account → Downloads while the links are active.
6) Licensing & refunds (digital content)
Purchases are for personal use only. Because access is delivered instantly, EU/UK law allows us to supply digital content once you consent to immediate delivery at checkout. After streaming/downloading starts, the order becomes non‑refundable. If you have technical trouble we can’t resolve, contact us — we’ll make it right.

FAQ

I paid but didn’t get any email. What now?
Please check Spam/Promotions. You can also log in directly to /my-account/ using the email from checkout.
Where do I find my video and PDF?
  • Video: My Account → Tutorials.
  • PDF: My Account → Downloads.
My download link expired / I used all 3 downloads.
Log into My Account → Downloads and use the available link. If it’s expired, contact support with your order number — we’ll help.
The video won’t play.
Try another browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Safari), disable strict ad‑blockers/VPN, allow cookies, and refresh. If it still fails, send us your device + browser + country.
Can I share my files?
No. Each PDF is watermarked with your email/order and intended for personal use only. Sharing violates the license.
How many devices can I use?
You can log in from multiple devices, but simultaneous sessions may be limited to protect accounts. If you get unexpected logouts, contact us.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. You’ll receive an order receipt by email. Need a VAT invoice? Add your billing details (and VAT ID if applicable) at checkout and reply to your order email if you need adjustments.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and popular wallets (availability depends on your country). If a method fails, try another or contact support.
Is there a community or updates?
We occasionally update tutorials. When we do, your lesson page will show the latest video/PDF.

  • The product/tutorial name
