1) Who we are

2) Scope

These Terms govern your use of endimade.com and your purchase/access to digital products: downloadable PDF patterns and online video tutorials.

3) Digital products, licence & fair use

• Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files/videos for your own, non-commercial purposes.

• No redistribution, reselling, sharing, sublicensing, posting online, or teaching from our files/videos without prior written consent.

• We may apply visible or invisible watermarks (e.g., your email/order ID) and log access to deter piracy.

4) Accounts (automatic creation)

• Guest checkout is disabled. An account is created automatically at checkout using your email. You’ll receive instructions to set a password.

• You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend access if we detect abuse or sharing of credentials.

5) Delivery, access window & download limits

• Delivery is digital only, via My Account → Downloads and/or secure streaming pages.

• For security/IP protection, download links expire after [7] days and each file is limited to [3] download attempts (counter includes partial/failed attempts).

• If the window expires or you hit the limit, contact us and we’ll help if your licence is valid and no abuse is detected.

6) Payments, prices & tax

• Prices are shown in EUR and may include/exclude taxes depending on your location and applicable rules.

• Payments are processed by Stripe and WooPayments (we do not store full card details).

• We may update prices at any time; changes do not affect completed orders.

7) Right of withdrawal & refunds (EU digital content)

• By purchasing digital content you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download/streaming begins.

• Therefore, all sales are final unless a refund is required by law (e.g., non-delivery or a proven technical fault on our side that we cannot remedy).

• If you have trouble accessing content, contact info@endimade.com promptly; we’ll assist with re-activation or alternative delivery.

8) Technical requirements

• You need a stable internet connection, a modern browser, and standard PDF/video-capable devices. Performance may vary by device and connection.

9) Intellectual property

• All PDFs, videos, text, graphics, logos and site content are copyright © ENDIMADE

• You may not reproduce, modify, translate, or create derivative works from our content except as permitted by your personal licence.

10) Anti-piracy & enforcement

• We use licence keys, expiring links, watermarks and server logs to protect our IP.

• Evidence of sharing, re-selling, mass downloading or credential sharing may result in immediate licence revocation and potential legal action.

11) Updates to files & access

• We may update files/videos for corrections or improvements. Where feasible, updated versions will be available in My Account. Version names and dates may change without notice.

12) Support

• We provide reasonable technical support via email for download/access issues within normal business hours (Poland time).

• Support does not include personalised tutoring or adapting patterns to third-party specs unless expressly offered as an add-on.

13) Invoicing

• We issue electronic order confirmations automatically. If you need an invoice (including NIP/VAT ID), provide details at checkout or email us as soon as possible after purchase (and within time limits required by applicable law).

14) Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Circumvent security/watermarks/DRM or scrape/automate downloads;

• Share, trade, or publish our files/videos or your login;

• Use the content to train AI models or similar systems without our written consent;

• Use the site in a way that harms, overloads, or disables our services.

15) Third-party services

We rely on vetted providers (e.g., WordPress/WooCommerce, [Vimeo] for video streaming, [CDN/hosting], [email provider], Stripe/WooPayments). Their tools operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

16) Privacy & cookies

Your personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice available on the site. Please review them before purchasing.

17) Liability

• The content is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific crafting outcomes or compatibility with every device.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

• These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18) Minors

Our products are intended for adults. If you are under the age required by your local law to enter online contracts, you must obtain consent from a parent/guardian.

19) Governing law & disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland (without regard to conflict-of-law rules).

• Courts of Poland shall have jurisdiction.

• EU consumers may also use the ODR platform to seek online dispute resolution.

20) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally (e.g., for legal or technical reasons). The version posted on the site applies to future purchases. Material changes may be highlighted on the site.
