1) Who we are

2) Scope
These Terms govern your use of endimade.com and your purchase/access to digital products:

3) Nature of Digital Products
The products offered constitute digital content not supplied on a tangible medium within the meaning of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
Access to the content is provided electronically after the order has been paid in full.
4. License and Permitted Use
Upon purchase, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Specifically prohibited:
sharing files with third parties,
resale,
publishing online,
using for training or commercial purposes without the seller’s written consent.
Content may include watermarks and technical security measures.
5. User Account
Purchases without registration are not possible.
An account is automatically created when placing an order.
The user is obliged to keep login details confidential.
In case of violations (e.g., account sharing), the seller may restrict or block access.
6. Delivery and Access
Delivery is exclusively electronic via the “My Account” panel.
Download links may be time-limited and quantity-limited to prevent abuse.
In case of technical problems, the client should immediately contact the seller.
7. Prices and Payments
Prices are given in the currency indicated in the store and include taxes in accordance with applicable regulations.
Available payment methods:
Paynow (including BLIK and fast transfers),
Stripe / WooPayments (payment cards and other methods).
Access to content is granted after successful payment processing.
The seller does not store payment card data.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
In accordance with Article 38, point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply if:
the consumer has agreed to the commencement of performance before the expiry of 14 days,
they have been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal,
the seller has provided confirmation of the contract.
Placing an order and starting to download/play content means losing the right to withdraw from the contract.
9. COMPLAINTS (conformity of digital content with the contract)
The seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity of the digital content with the contract, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
Digital content conforms to the contract if, in particular:
it matches the description,
it is suitable for the purposes for which it is normally used,
it has the functionalities and compatibility indicated in the description.
In case of non-conformity, the consumer may demand:
bringing it into conformity with the contract,
a price reduction,
withdrawal from the contract (if the non-conformity is significant).

A complaint should include:
customer details,
order number,
description of the problem.
The seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
10. Liability
The seller does not guarantee specific craft results, as these depend on skills and materials used.
The seller’s liability to entrepreneurs is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials are the intellectual property of the seller and are protected by copyright.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
13. Applicable Law
These regulations are governed by Polish law.

14. Changes to Regulations
The seller may make changes to the regulations for valid legal or technical reasons.
