This policy applies to all digital products sold on endimade.com (PDF files and online video courses). Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Delivery and Access

Products are delivered exclusively in digital form through your user account.

For content protection purposes:

download links may expire after 7 days,
the number of downloads may be limited (3 attempts),
files may contain visible or invisible watermarks (e.g., your email address or order number).

An account is created automatically at checkout.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the materials solely for your own, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

share or resell the files/videos,
publish them online,
remove watermarks or security protections,
use the materials to conduct classes or workshops without a separate license.

A Commercial or Teaching License is valid only if it has been explicitly purchased as an additional option.

3. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with regulations concerning digital content, the right of withdrawal does not apply once downloading or streaming of the product has begun.

This means that after the first download or access, the sale becomes final.

If you experience technical issues, please contact us – we will assist you in restoring access.

A refund may be considered only in the event of:

non-delivery due to our fault,
a duplicate charge,
an evident technical error that we are unable to remedy.

4. Abuse

Sharing account credentials or files, mass downloading, removing security protections, or filing unjustified chargebacks may result in license revocation and suspension of access without refund.

5. Updates

We may introduce corrections and updates to the files. The most current version may be available in your “My Account” section.
